► The very first thing to be considered is your budget. You should keep in mind the limit up to which you can spend. ► After the money concern, you should do a survey of reliable real estate agents. Many people come under the trap of certain fraudulent agents, who promise to serve you with the best but actually give compromised results. ► Search for the best location. You are investing a hefty amount for this property, so you need to search for the best-suited location. ► If you are buying a property for residential use, make sure it is actually a residential property or not. The same goes with the commercial property as well. ► The place where you buy your property should be an environment friendly location. ► Look for the connectivity. The location where you choose to buy the property should be well connected to roads and markets according to your suitability. ► Proper water supply and drainage system are very important. Get them checked properly before signing on the dotted line.
