Rivers, developer partner in Port Harcourt’s N12.1b Golf Estate

Determined to further reduce the housing gap in Nigeria, the Government of River state and Taf Nigeria Homes have launched a fresh move to erect an ambitious N12.1 billion estate development in the heart of Port Harcourt, the state capital.

The project, christened Golf Estate, which is located on 38 hectares of land provided by the government of Rivers State and situated at Peter Odili Road, Trans Amadi, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, will at least house a total number of 720 families.
